As of June 7, 2021 The Board of Directors has removed the guest restrictions and we may now go back to two guests per member.

  We will have a club meeting and nominations from the floor for club officers. People nominated from the floor must be present to except it or it will not be valid. There will also be other topics to discus. Meeting will end around dusk if not sooner. Hope to see you there.

Due to the recent covid 19 outbreak the Board of Directors has mandated a few changes for our clubs protection. In our efforts to keep the range open and available to you, it has been decided to close the club house, cancel all meetings and postpone all shooting events. The range will remain open for members only

Update: Although the clubhouse is open there will still be no meetings or events until further notice. At this time you may also bring 1 guest with a maximum limit of 10 people at the firing line.

 The Walter Burns Fishing Day Committee is currently holding 2 different raffles to help raise donations to help fund the event hosting approx.200 Special children plus

staff and Volunteers .The 42nd Annual Walter Burns Memorial Fishing day for Special

Children.. Tickets are $5 each or $20 for 5.. To be drawn Tues, May 21 at @ club mtg.

Cost is $10 and good for the entire month.One winner each day. Cool Prizes worth the $$.

This years Christmas Party is on Tuesday Dec. 18th at 6pm. Members, family and friends invited. This is a Jack & Jill event so bring a gift if you like but nothing over $15.00. Also it is a pot luck dinner so bring your best dish in for everyone to try. The club will be decorated on Sat. the 15th starting at 9am and we could use some help doing it. Come on down and join in the fun.

STARTING AT THE MARCH 20, 2018 MEMBERSHIP MEETING UNTIL THE MAY MEETING WE WILL BE HAVING  A CALENDAR RAFFLE COVERING THE ENTIRE MONTH OF May WITH A DIFFERENT PRIZE DRAWN AND AWARDED EACH DAY.
COST OF THE RAFFLE IS $20.00 FOR THE MONTH

ALSO DURING THE SAME PERIOD WE WILL BE SELLING USED SPINNING OUTFITS FOR THE PRICE OF $10.00 EACH IN AS IS CONDITION. SOME OF THESE OUTFITS ARE IN AWESOME CONDITION,
WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY 50 FOR SALE.

THE PROCEEDS OF BOTH THE CALENDAR RAFFLE AND THE FISHING POLES WILL HELP FUND THE 41ST WALTER BURNS MEMORIAL FISHING DAY FOR SPECIAL CHILDREN.
LAST YEAR 11 SCHOOLS AND 146 CHILDREN MADE THIS A VERY SPECIAL DAY.

CONGRATULATIONS

MICHAEL SMITH

Michael Smith won the 6th annual Piscataqua Fish and Game chili cook off. He will receive a check for $25.00 and a certificate at the next club meeting. 

On Tuesday Jan.16th 2018, We will be having our annual chili cook of before the club meeting at 7pm. Winner gets $25 plus bragging rights for the year so bring in you best chili. It does not have to be wild game so whip up your best chili and may the best one be glorified.

Our Club Elections are held this month April 18, 2017 at the monthly meeting starting at 7 pm. Also club dues are DUE.

So get on down to vote.

Our Elections are coming up in April.

We are looking to fill positions on the Board of Directors.

The Secretarial Position is open as Mary-Jane’s health will not allow her to do the job as needed for this position there for she will not be running for this position any more.
