We're ready to kick off the 2017 range games. There is a Ham Shoot scheduled for Sunday April 9th. This is an open event and all are welcome. If you know someone who may be interested bring them along, there are no guest limits for these events. So it's time to start shaking off the winter rust and work on your 22 skills.
Full rules can be found here.

We had a great turn out today for this opening event. It was great to see everyone after the winter break. There were two guests that had so much fun they filled out membership apps to join the club. We also had one of the members on the waitlist join us today. Well Ann Hoyt didn't wait to long to let everyone know she was there to win by starting off with a handgun Bullseye. Then to follow up she also won the first round in rifle as well. Round 3 handgun was Jason Masse, round 4 rifle was birthday boy Igor Kosvin, round 5 handgun Ted Keating, round 6 rifle Wally Thompson, round 7 hand gun Mike Kosvin, round 8 rifle Chris Pollack, round 9 handgun Tim Fisher, round 10 rifle birthday boy finished off with a bullseye to let Ann know he was ready for her. The handgun shootout for a ham was won by Ann Hoyt looking for her 2nd trophy. The winner of the rifle shoot out for a ham was Wally Thompson. Ann and Wally had the final shootout for the trophy. Wally just edged out Ann and went home as the over all winner. The winner of the raffle for a ham was Chris Pollack. There were several rounds that made the judges look close and some heart breakers when 3 or 4 shooters in the 8 ring just wasn't good enough. Susie and I have a blast with these events and great people like you all make it worth it. We're looking forward to the Poker Shoot in May.
